Bryce has been running Alden Insulation Long Beach since the location opened, and he’s the one who signs off on every guarantee. His background is in residential construction, and he’s spent enough time crawling through Long Beach attics to know which problems recur in which neighborhoods. He’s the one who insists on the written price before any work starts, and the reason the 365-Day Done Right Promise is printed on every job sheet, not just mentioned on the website. When he’s not reviewing estimates or walking a job site, you’ll find him grilling in the backyard and arguing about the Dodgers. He answers the phone like a person, not a script.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been installing insulation for over a decade, and he’s the guy who can look at a 2×4 bay and tell you the exact R-value you’re getting before the first bag of blown-in fiberglass is opened. He’s certified on open-cell and closed-cell spray foam applications, and he’s worked with Owens Corning, Johns Manville, and Rockwool products long enough to know their quirks.
